Position Summary

This position is responsible for day-to-day customer account execution, performance compliance, and customer service satisfaction.

Essential Functions
  • Responsible for day-to-day customer account execution, performance compliance, and customer service satisfaction
  • Oversight of one or more customer accounts, on a day-to-day planning, execution and problem solving basis
  • Ensure reliability and quality of day-to-day logistics services for each customer
  • The Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day customer account execution, performance compliance, and customer service satisfaction.
  • Duties of this position include:
  • Oversight of one or more customer accounts, on a day-to-day planning, execution and problem solving basis
  • Ensure reliability and quality of day-to-day logistics services for each customer
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field or equivalant work experience
  • 5 years Transportation/Logistics experience
  • A comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain for Petroleum and Renewable Fuel related products; as well as Hazardous Material transportation management and logistics services in the bulk liquid industry is a major benefit
  • 3years successfulteaml Leitung
  • Effective leadership, communication, organizational, interpersonal, problem analysis and resolution, and customer service skills
  • Advanced Level Skills in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
