Spectrum is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, troubleshooting Internet and Voice services, and assisting with billing inquiries. This is a 100% on-site, 2nd shift role with training 10:00am–7:00pm Sunday-Thursday, and a base pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.25 per hour.
Start date is October 23, 2026. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English skills, and be able to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
