* Teach courses in both traditional and non-traditional (e.g., hybrid, online) formats
* Prepare and deliver effective instructional materials
* Assess student performance and submit all required reports-never-attends, early alerts, midterm grades, and final grades-by established deadlines
* Adapt instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles
* Work effectively with students from a wide variety of backgrounds
* College-level teaching experience strongly preferred
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work productively in a collaborative environment
* Proficiency with instructional technology and course-management tools
For ethics adjunct: a Master's degree in philosophy or a related discipline, and 18 graduate credit hours in philosophy or a Juris Doctorate are required.
Enthusiasm for teaching and continuous professional development is highly valued.
