Exercise Science is a division within the College of Health Sciences. The division includes both a growing undergraduate Exercise Science program delivered in a traditional face-to-face format and an online Master of Exercise Physiology program. Both programs are accredited by the American Society of Exercise Physiologists (ASEP). The division is currently staffed by three full-time faculty members holding doctoral degrees in Exercise Physiology who primarily support the instructional responsibilities of both the undergraduate and graduate programs.

The Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science is offered through five curriculum tracks designed to prepare students for a variety of professional and graduate education pathways. While all Exercise Science majors complete a common core curriculum, students may pursue specialized tracks in:
- Pre-Physical Therapy
- Pre-Occupational Therapy
- Pre-Athletic Training
- Pre-Physician Assistant Studies
- Applied Exercise Science (Professional)
In addition to the undergraduate curriculum, high-achieving students may pursue accelerated pathways into Walsh University's graduate programs in Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, as well as Athletic Training at Youngstown State University through an established articulation agreement.
