As a Floor Team Member (Forest Friend), you are the heartbeat of our space. You aren't just supervising a room, you are helping facilitating creative play, welcoming families with warm hospitality, and keeping our facility held to the highest standard of cleanliness and safety.
What You’ll Do 1. Play Facilitation & Guest Experience- Engage & Inspire: Guide open play sessions by asking open-ended questions that spark curiosity and child-led exploration.
- Model Positive Interaction: Support social-emotional learning and model positive social skills for young explorers.
- Pop-Up Fun: Help facilitate spontaneous, fun mini-activities and learning moments throughout the day.
- Warm Welcome: Greet visiting families with high energy, check in guests, and ensure all waivers and safety policies are completed.
- POS & Concessions: Handle point-of-sale sales, manage café concessions, and keep retail and inventory areas stocked.
- Safety First: Actively monitor play zones to maintain a safe, secure, and joyful environment for every child.
- Maintain High Standards: Take pride in keeping the Playgrove spotless through routine sanitization cycles, bathroom check-ups, and floor resets.
- Food Safety: Prepare basic café items while upholding strict food cleanliness standards.
- Party Hosting: Help execute turnkey private birthday parties and weekend community events, making sure every celebration is magical for kids and stress-free for parents!
- The Energy: Cheerful, positive, and genuinely excited to interact with young children and their parents.
- The Mindset: Adaptable, calm under pressure, and comfortable in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
- The Basics: Must be 16 years of age or older with reliable transportation. Basic tech/POS comfort and the ability to resolve guest needs with professional grace.
- The Physicality: Ready to stay active! Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, move through play structures, and stay on your feet for 4–6 hour shifts.
