Position: Migration Manager Academy Trainer (Freelance) - Kiron Digital Learning Solutions (all genders)

Migration Manager Academy (MMA)

Kiron Digital Learning Solutions (KDLS) has developed the Migration Manager Academy (MMA), a continuing education program for HR professionals who want to further their expertise in international recruitment and learn how to successfully integrate international talent into their workforce.

The MMA is a six-month, AZAV-certified blended learning program that covers topics related to international recruitment, hiring, migration, and diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging (DEIB).

The course combines self-paced learning materials with live sessions. The live sessions are designed and conducted independently by the respective facilitator.

About the Role

In this role, you will work as a tutor and support the learners throughout the entire 24-week program. You will lead a 90-minute online session once a week, using interactive activities to help learners reflect and deepen their understanding of the course content. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing the sessions, providing ongoing support to the learners, and tasks in the area of monitoring and evaluation.

Ideally in September

Program duration:
Initially 6 months

Weekly time commitment: 5 hours

Your Tasks
  • Preparation of online sessions (learning design team has already developed suggestions for activities, which can be adapted by the trainer; visual aids can also be developed)
  • Leading online sessions
  • Supporting learners (also outside of online sessions, e.g. by answering questions)
  • Monitoring and evaluation (regarding course progress, active participation in online sessions)
  • Collecting and sharing feedback (from both the learners and the trainer’s perspective)
Your Profile

You have:

  • Experience in moderation, teaching, or conducting workshops
  • Good understanding of HR, global recruitment processes, and legal frameworks
  • Knowledge and experience with the topics of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEIB) and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a specialized curriculum
  • Personal or professional experience with migration, skills shortage, and diversity in the workplace
  • Familiarity with online tools such as Zoom, Google Drive, and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good communication skills in English and German (at least C1 level in both languages)
