We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Municipal Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience and at least 5 years in project and client management. A professional engineer's license in Pennsylvania is required. The primary responsibility will be to manage municipal clients, sewage and water authority clients, and to design wastewater facilities, collection & conveyance systems, and water distribution systems.

The role also involves preparing and administering construction contracts.

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineering EIT with 1–2 years of experience. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects in land development, site design, and infrastructure improvements while gaining hands‑on experience under the guidance of licensed professional engineers.

• Assist in design and preparation of civil engineering plans and reports.
• Perform site grading, stormwater management, and utility layout design.
• Conduct calculations for drainage, erosion control, and roadway design.
• Prepare permit applications and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Support project managers with drafting, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certification required.
• 1–2 years of relevant civil engineering experience (internship experience considered).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydro Cad, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of Pennsylvania PaDEP and PennDOT permitting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Morris Knowles and Associates is seeking a 2026 Summer Intern currently enrolled in college with an emphasis on civil engineering curriculum. The preferred candidate would be a Junior or Senior. The internship program will place you in the surveying department for the first half of the summer and the engineering department for the second half.

• Assist survey crews in the field performing construction stakeout and property boundary surveys.
• Assist survey department with property deed plotting using AutoCAD and Carlson Software.
• Assist engineering department with proposed sketch plans and grading using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Assist engineering department with various tasks related to private and public sector jobs.
