We’re hiring an Industrial Hydraulics Application Engineer to own the technical side of projects, from requirements → schematics → validation → commissioning, and the team is moving fast.

• Partner with customers + sales to define the application and design the best‑fit hydraulic system
• Create schematics, size components, build BOMs, and support quotes/proposals
• Review/approve designs, support testing/validation, and improve performance based on field feedback
• Support startup/commissioning/troubleshooting (new + retrofit systems)

• BS in ME / Fluid Power (or similar)
• 3+ years industrial hydraulics / systems integration
• Strong circuit design + component selection (UL/CE a plus)
• CAD + hydraulic modeling comfort
• Travel up to 15%
