For our team, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager (m/w/d) who will be responsible for the successful development and implementation of wind, PV, and BESS projects from the first site idea to approval readiness and handover to realization.

The goal of the role is to identify and drive economically attractive, approval-ready, and technically feasible projects. You will take over the holistic management of the projects as well as the coordination of all relevant internal and external stakeholders and ensure the adherence to time, cost, quality, and development goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Project Acquisition and Site Development: Identification, evaluation, and securing of suitable sites and areas for wind, PV, and BESS projects including feasibility studies and site securing.
• Project Development and Approval: Development and optimization of projects, management of approval and planning procedures as well as coordination of consultants, planners, authorities, and other project partners.
• Technical and Economic Development: Evaluation of grid connection possibilities, project layouts, and economic feasibility as well as management of costs, schedules, risks, and project budgets.
• Stakeholder and Project Management: Building and maintaining relationships with landowners, municipalities, authorities, grid operators, and business partners as well as coordination of internal and external project stakeholders.
• Project Completion and Handover: Preparation of projects for financing, marketing, sale, or handover to the construction and realization phase.
