We're hiring a Senior Wealth Advisor on behalf of our client — a well-established wealth management firm in North Canton, Ohio. This is a high-impact client relationship role serving high-net-worth individuals with comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services.

  • Work with a diverse mix of HNW clients across complex planning needs — not a transactional book.

What You'll Do
  • Develop personalized, comprehensive financial plans across retirement, estate, tax, insurance, education, and business planning
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HNW clients, leading meetings at every stage of the wealth planning cycle
  • Build and cultivate new client relationships through strategic partnerships and community presence
  • Collaborate with a wealth advisor team to deliver customized investment portfolios and portfolio management recommendations
  • Coordinate with clients' attorneys, accountants, and other professional advisors to implement planning strategies
  • Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently to clients
  • Mentor associates on financial planning, tax strategy, investment management, and long-term client relationship development
  • Contribute to firm thought leadership through articles and white papers
What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred
  • Proven ability to acquire new clients and build lasting relationships
  • Strong knowledge of investment management, tax planning, and estate planning concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients and professional advisors
  • Team-oriented with the ability to lead when called upon
  • Additional certifications or licensing a plus
  • 130k-180k salary with bonus
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k)
