Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Perform essential tasks necessary to support internal team members in the quest of providing comprehensive retirement consulting, administration and/or actuarial services
- May assist in preparation and production of professional materials in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail and work in a fast pace environment
- Manage incoming correspondence, including processing, logging, and digital filing
- Assist and maintain Excel worksheets
- Managing a book of business to include all aspects of the retirement plan cycle
- Data collection from various record keepers
- Data management and compliance
- Managing client contributions from various record keepers
- Client data to include sensitive information for processing
- Able to work in a team environment
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor's degree
- High School Diploma or GED
- Zero to Two year of relevant work experience in the retirement planning industry
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with digital data management/filing system is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple project and deliverable simultaneously
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and use of grammar
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to follow standard procedures
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders
