Looking for a meaningful way to give back while keeping your weekdays free? As a Weekend Companion Volunteer with Corso Care, you’ll provide companionship, comfort, and emotional support to patients and families during the weekend.
What You’ll Do- Spend quality time with patients, offering conversation, companionship, or gentle activities
- Provide families with a caring presence and occasional respite
- Engage patients in meaningful activities such as reading, games, or life reflection
- Support patients’ emotional needs and be a comforting presence during weekends
- Make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives during the weekend
- Flexible weekend schedule to fit around your personal or professional commitments
- Gain experience in healthcare, social work, or volunteer support programs
- Compassion, reliability, and a caring attitude
- Completion of volunteer training program
- Background check and TB test
