Common Sail Investment Group seeks a Benefits Specialist to support the Benefits Manager in administering and managing benefits for a 10,000+ employee workforce. This on-premises role reports to the HR Benefits Manager and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You will handle enrollments, COBRA, HIPAA training, compliance with ERISA/ACA, liaise with brokers, generate reports, and coordinate with HR/payroll.
