Delta V Management, LLC. is a full-service management organization offering services such as:
Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Vehicle Dispatching, Appointment Verification, Vehicle Maintenance and Porting, Content Development and Production, etc. Currently, Delta V Management, LLC. services Relia Ride Medical Transportation, a family-oriented nonprofit, originally organized in 2007. Relia Ride specializes in providing non-emergent transportation services to the elderly, underprivileged, and disabled population to medical, non-medical, and other necessary appointments.

This role will support both Relia Ride and Delta V Management, LLC., and all other company entities, which currently oversees the day-to-day operations of Relia Ride. In the future, the position may expand to include similar responsibilities for other businesses managed by Delta V Management, LLC., based on future opportunities and the employee's capacity to grow into expanded responsibilities.

This full-time, on-site position manages full-cycle recruitment from screening candidates, developing outside the box recruiting strategies, proactively network candidates and community partners through attending events, interviewing and more!

Job Performance Targets

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as:
  Linked In Recruiter, Professional associations, Industry groups, Networking events, Career fairs, Social media platforms, Community organizations, Local colleges and universities
• Research new talent pools and recruiting channels.
• Adjust recruiting strategies based on hiring needs, labor market conditions, and applicant flow.
• Collaborate with the Media Team to promote employment opportunities and employer branding initiatives on social media.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the organization and affiliated entities.
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
• Lead first-round interviews to evaluate candidate experience and qualifications, communication skills, organizational fit, and career goals and motivations.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring teams and leadership.
• Maintain detailed candidate notes and interview feedback.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling with hiring teams and leadership.
• Provide candidate feedback, market insights, and souring recommendations to direct supervisor.
