North Canton, OH (onsite) Talent Acquisition Recruiter role supporting field operations and corporate hiring needs with full-cycle recruiting. Kenan Advantage Group focuses on strong candidate and hiring manager experiences through well-defined talent acquisition strategies, proactive sourcing, and close partnership with hiring managers and HR.

What you’ll do
  • Own full life cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from requisition intake through offer and pre-employment processing.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to clarify hiring needs and build recruiting and sourcing strategies that align with staffing priorities.
  • Post open roles, source candidates through multiple channels, review applications, and conduct phone screenings.
  • Use creative sourcing approaches to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, travel arrangements, and scheduling to keep the process moving smoothly.
  • Extend offers, manage candidate communications, and create offer and rejection letters.
  • Submit background checks and coordinate pre-employment drug screening.
  • Represent the company professionally as a brand ambassador throughout the recruiting process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system while following established recruiting processes and timelines.
What you bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in high volume, metrics driven recruiting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, applicant tracking systems, and Linked In Recruiter.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking skills to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies that attract qualified talent.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
