Join a global industrial manufacturer as a Senior MDM Analyst on a newly created role within an established data management team. You'll lead the design and development of enterprise Master Data Management solutions using Informatica, directly supporting supply chain, pricing, sales, and customer service operations across a complex global organization.Your work will ensure trusted, governed, and high-quality data that drives decision-making at every level of the business. , including MDM specialists, analysts, and senior process analysts - Newly created position where you'll shape MDM architecture from the ground up alongside existing infrastructure
- Design, build, and implement enterprise MDM solutions using Informatica MDM and related Informatica platforms, with a strong initial focus on development
- Develop and maintain data models, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and data stewardship workflows to produce accurate golden records
- Optimize matching and merging algorithms to elevate master data quality and reliability across the enterprise
- Design ETL/ELT mappings, data pipelines, and integration workflows that support enterprise master data architecture
- Implement and manage Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC), including metadata harvesting, business glossaries, policy enforcement, lineage, and data discovery
- Create and maintain data quality rules, profiling processes, cleansing routines, and monitoring dashboards
- Partner with business leaders, data owners, and SMEs across supply chain, pricing, sales, and customer service to align data management with operational priorities
- Develop source-to-target mappings and integration patterns between MDM and governance platforms
- Collaborate with Data Governance teams to establish data standards, stewardship processes, and master data workflows
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement performance improvements
- Create technical documentation including data lineage maps, architecture documentation, and runbooks
- Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts and participate in architecture reviews and data governance councils
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 4–5+ years of experience in Master Data Management or data governance environments
- Strong hands-on Informatica MDM expertise
, including match/merge rules, survivorship logic, golden record creation, and workflow development - Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC), including stewardship workflows, business glossaries, and governance policies
- Strong SQL skills for data validation, profiling, and troubleshooting
- Experience working with SAP ECC and related enterprise systems
- Proven ability to build data dictionaries, business glossaries, governance frameworks, and stewardship processes
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and structure data for effective business decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you're comfortable working across IT and business teams
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail
