This position is based on-site in North Canton, OH, within a campus environment that includes a cafeteria, coffee café, and gym. Candidates must currently reside in NE Ohio. Sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position.
Description
The Solution Analyst's role is to ensure that the latest technology is deployed and utilized by the company. This position works side by side with the business or end user throughout the implementation process. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of systems management, maintenance, and performance. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and deploy solutions.
Responsibilities
* Implement complex new products and services for the business
* Analyze requirements and gather requirements needed for implementation. Understand current processes utilized by end users
* Design and document to be process for end user
* Assess and document requirements while adhering to established procedures
* Demonstration and training on new products and services for the business. May provide support for a period of time
* Verify solution is performing as expected after implementation
* Utilize details provided to establish specific information needed for end solution. Coordinates data for validation in testing environments
* Conducts testing to verify solution is working as expected
* Works on multiple items/projects simultaneously.
* Escalates challenges and issues in timely manner. Ensures positive outcome for business
* Work as key member of project teams
* Effectively communicate and collaborate with project team members as well as business or end users
* Create training materials for new solutions
* Troubleshoot and support implemented solutions
* Serve as product expert for different systems in portfolio.
* Collaborate with different team and department members in analyzing solutions/features
* Create needed test scripts for testing of new application/product.
* Pursue training of new technologies that will be utilized by the company
* Ability to run small initiatives with minimal assistance
