As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead and elevate operations across Illinois—including Champaign, Rockford, Springfield, and Peoria.
This is a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence, mentor high-performing teams, and make a measurable impact across multiple locations.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire multiple branch locations within your region, setting the standard for operational excellence.
- Partner with Branch Managers to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and boost profitability.
- Monitor service quality, ensuring each location consistently delivers Roto-Rooter’s high standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs, using data to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and drive growth.
- Coach, mentor, and develop branch leadership teams to build strong, accountable, and motivated staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and industry regulations across all locations.
- Collaborate with corporate teams—sales, HR, training, and customer service—to align regional execution with company goals.
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives to build scalable, high-performing teams.
- Resolve escalated customer and operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to keep your region performing at its best.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a multi-location or regional leadership role—home services, plumbing, or related trades preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams across multiple locations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Data-driven decision-making with experience analyzing financial and operational metrics.
- Proficiency with operational software for scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the assigned Illinois region.
- Knowledge of state and local regulations applicable to the home services industry.
