Overview
Artheon is seeking a strategic Director of Structures to lead our structural engineering practice within our infrastructure business. Artheon brings together several established consulting engineering firms including Churchill Consulting Engineers, CME Associates, and Naik Consulting Group, forming a collaborative organization of more than 600 professionals delivering complex infrastructure solutions across transportation, utilities, and public works.
Role and ResponsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for driving technical excellence, leading high-performing teams, and delivering complex structural projects that support critical transportation and infrastructure systems.
Leadership and GrowthAs a key member of the leadership team, you will help shape the strategic direction of the structures practice, strengthen client relationships, and position the firm for continued growth across priority markets.
