Regulatory Compliance Specialist
As Senior Director, Chief Compliance Officer, you will build, lead, and evolve a global compliance program that enables business growth while navigating increasingly complex regulatory environments-across fintech, AI, global trade, and data privacy. You will operate as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board, influencing decisions that directly impact the company’s strategy, risk posture, and long-term success.
Enterprise Leadership- Serve as a key member of the global legal leadership team, reporting to the General Counsel
- Advise senior executives and the Audit Committee on compliance, risk, and regulatory strategy
- Shape a compliance culture that supports innovation while safeguarding the enterprise
- Design and evolve a best-in-class global ethics & compliance framework
- Drive risk-based compliance strategies across all operating regions
- Leverage technology to scale workflows, monitoring, and reporting
- Anti-corruption / anti-bribery (FCPA and global equivalents)
- Global trade compliance (sanctions, export controls, customs)
- Data privacy and cross-border regulatory requirements
- AI and emerging technology governance
- ESG compliance, including European regulatory frameworks
- Lead complex, high-sensitivity investigations
- Oversee third‑party due diligence and risk monitoring programs
- Partner with regulators and support examinations and inquiries
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high‑performing global team
- Deliver impactful training and communication programs to employees and leadership
- Simplify complex regulatory topics into actionable business decisions
- A scalable, forward‑looking compliance program aligned to business strategy
- Strong credibility with executive leadership and the Board
- A culture where compliance is seen as a business enabler – not a constraint
- Effective governance across global, highly regulated environments
- JD and active bar membership
- ~15+ years in compliance, legal, or regulatory leadership (global scope required)
- Proven experience leading enterprise‑wide compliance & ethics programs
- Expertise across multiple regulatory domains (FCPA, trade, privacy, ESG, etc.)
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the C‑suite and Board level
- Track record managing investigations and regulator interactions
- Experience leveraging technology to modernize compliance operations
- High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to operate in complex environments
Total Potential Compensation Range: $205,000 – $285,000 comprised of base salary plus sales incentive compensation. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience. The Company’s Sales Incentive Plan is subject to the rules governing the plan and the metrics established on an annual basis by the plan.
