Your impact

Form high-quality sheet metal parts to match mechanical engineered prints and specified tolerances.

Operate CNC press brakes as your core responsibility, with opportunities to run CNC turret punch press/laser equipment.

Set up and change over equipment quickly to support diverse product lines and materials.

Perform preventative maintenance and sustain a clean, organized workstation.

Participate fully in Powell’s ongoing safety training and adhere to all protocols.

Leverage a PC to execute shop orders in Powell Oracle MES and complete tasks with Microsoft Office applications.

What sets you up for success

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to read a tape measure and ruler, converting fractions and decimals accurately.

Strong blueprint reading skills and knowledge of engineered tolerances.

Proficiency with precision tools: square, protractor, caliper.

At least 2 years programming and operating press brakes and related CNC equipment.

Capacity to lift 40 lbs frequently and perform with minimal supervision.
