Job Description
As a Senior Production Assembler, you will assemble fabricated parts, components or units at floor stations. You will prepare parts for testing, tests and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. You will perform complex machine set up as well as identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary. You will be responsible for implementing approved measures to increase productivity and efficiency.
ShiftMonday through Thursday; 6:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m.
- Propose measures to increase productivity and efficiency
- Perform simple screening, bagging, boxing, or cutting operations
- Inspect and test work for quality
- Perform and log scheduled preventative maintenance of production equipment
- Determine sequence of operations, materials required, and procedures needed
- Stage job materials for production according to procedure

- High school degree or equivalent required
- Associates degree preferred
- 2 years required; 4 years preferred experience working within a production environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to precisely measure
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
Compensation Details: $18.55 - $23.18 Per Hour. This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
