Quality Intern – Food Safety

This internship is located in North Canton, Ohio, and offers hands‑on exposure to quality assurance and food safety processes within a production environment. It supports maintenance of high standards for chocolate products. It is an excellent opportunity for students interested in food quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Conduct daily microbiological testing on products made in the factory.
• Swab the environment for monitoring microbiological activity.
• Enter sensory and microbiological data into Excel and SAP systems.
• Manage the retention, organization, and disposal of tested samples.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate equipment calibration and repair.

• Student working towards a degree in a science field.
• Proven track record of safe work habits and experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internet usage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical skills, and dependability to complete tasks under pressure.
• Located in the North Canton, Ohio local area (bonus).
