Painter

Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Painter to join our team in North Canton, OH. If you have a passion for transforming spaces and a keen eye for color and detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.

Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.

Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications Experience as a painter (2+ years) or in a similar role.

Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Physical stamina and strength to perform painting tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in painting is a plus.
