1st Shift, Monday through Friday

Job Details Responsibilities- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other materials.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding techniques to join metals securely according to ASME codes and standards.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and tape measures to ensure dimensional accuracy of fabricated parts.
- Execute pipe threading, frame/guard manufacturing, and assembly of mechanical components with rigging and mechanical knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to construction site practices, crane operation, forklift handling, and power tool usage.
- Collaborate with team members on fabrication projects involving plasma cutting, press brake operations, machining, soldering, and assembly tasks.
- Proven construction site experience or manufacturing background with hands‑on fabrication skills.
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding methods.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with calipers, tape measures, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment.
- Knowledge of ASME codes and standards for welding and fabrication processes.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge including pipe threading, rigging procedures, and assembly techniques.
- Sheet metal experience a plus.
- Machining experience a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently within a construction or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting.
