Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / Machine Operator to join our team in North Canton, Ohio. This role involves setting up and operating both CNC Mill and Lathe, and may also include manual mill and lathe machines, with a focus on machining unique parts from copper, brass, stainless or mild steel. You will work independently, handling machine setup and producing finished parts.

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines with minimal supervision.
• Position and set up work pieces using cranes or manual methods to hold tolerances as close as .001".
• Apply appropriate speeds, feeds, and machining methods for different materials.
• Write and edit CNC programs as needed.
• Use precision measuring devices to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Perform blocking and aligning of irregular‑shaped parts.
• CAM software programming.
• Assist in assembly as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in CNC set up and machining or CNC certification.
• 1+ years of experience with CAM programming.

• Experience with manual machining.
• Mastercam experience.
