Step onto the floor and turn plans into power. You’ll arrive to a clean, organized workspace, check your standard work instructions, and get hands-on with devices—from panel boards and transformers to VFDs and lighting contractors. You’ll route conduit, pull cable, and bring complex assemblies to life while keeping safety, quality, and consistency at the center of everything you do.
Schedule & rewards
Weekday
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pmWeekend
Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pmWeekly pay, and full benefits day one!
What you’ll build and do Learn and follow all safety policies and practices to prevent incidents
Apply manufacturing policies and standard processes for consistent output
Protect product quality by following standard work/instructions and flagging risks
Keep your area clean and organized throughout the shift
Install electrical devices: disconnects, lights, panel boards, transformers, battery chargers, lighting contractors, VFDs, and more
Bend, route, and install EMT and Rigid conduit
Install wireway and cable tray
Pull wire and large cable
Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires
Wire assemblies per standard work/process instructions (NEC Manual)
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
Work environment & physical demands
Constant standing
Frequent ladder work; climbing up and down ladders
Constant overhead work Frequent work in cramped quarters
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Qualifications
Education & experience
High school diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience; or Equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience
Basic command of English, written and verbal
Required skills
Basic mathematical calculations
Knowledge of air, hand, and power tools
Basic mechanical aptitude
Ability to read a tape measure
Preferred skills
Ability to bend conduit on a GB Sidewinder style bender (EMT and Rigid)
Experience installing cable tray and wireway
Crimping and terminating experience
Blueprint/drawing reading ability
Working knowledge of electricity, circuits, and common components (panel boards, transformers, disconnects, terminal blocks, relays, lighting contractors, etc.)Basic exposure to and awareness of NECYou’re proficient in Mechanical Assembly Skills Equipment Installation & Wiring Blueprint Reading
