Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm (Weekday) | Friday–Sunday 6:00am–6:30pm (Weekend)

Precision switch gear assemblies that meet exacting specifications.

Reliable power distribution equipment trusted by customers nationwide.

Your impact (primary responsibilities)
Assemble switch gear units from blueprints, diagrams, and standardized work instructions.

Identify, troubleshoot, and repair assembly discrepancies.

Drive safety culture participation; attend and contribute to safety meetings.

Follow standard work to protect quality; promptly raise quality risks.

Keep work areas orderly and compliant with 5S principles.

Perform related tasks and support adjacent operations as needed.

Qualifications High School Diploma required.
0–3 years’ manufacturing experience.

Previous switch gear exposure is advantageous.

Proficient with tape measure reading and conversions (fractiondecimal; metricimperial).Working knowledge of machines and tools, including design, operation, repair, and maintenance.

Basic familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).Safety certifications are a plus.

Basic English communication skills (written and verbal).Core behaviors

Working conditions

Safety-sensitive position in a temperature-controlled manufacturing/industrial environment; occasional outdoor work.

Required PPE: safety shoes, hard hats or bump caps, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety harnesses as needed; respirators when required.

Work from step and A-frame ladders.

Perform tasks at heights up to ~20 feet using appropriate lift and fall protection equipment.

Physical requirements

Balance and agility while walking, standing, crouching, climbing stairs, or using step ladders.

Bend at waist and knees; reach/extend arms and hands in any direction.

Stand and walk continuously.

Frequent overhead and full-extension arm use.

Lift up to 50 lbs.

Frequent use of hand and power tools.
