About This Role

The RN Ambulatory Team Lead in Family Medicine at Cleveland Clinic will coordinate and oversee daily operations, workflows, and delivery of care while providing caregiver education. This role is ideal for those looking to enhance their nursing and management skills in a collaborative environment.

• Pay: $34.50 - $54.40/hour
• Location: North Canton, OH
• Facility: Cleveland Clinic
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m.

• Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in various ambulatory settings.
• Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients to ensure quality and safe care.
• Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues.
• Perform duties of an RN Ambulatory.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
• Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching, and mentoring of assigned caregivers.
• Assist in preparing department-specific education.
• Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement, and research activities to improve patient outcomes, experience, and safety.

• Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
  • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience:
  • 2 years of recent RN experience
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
