Quality Assurance Specialist

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialists to support compliance-focused review activities in North Canton, Ohio. This Contract position is ideal for someone who can evaluate customer interactions and enrollment documentation with accuracy, consistency, and professionalism. The person in this role will help ensure work meets legal, regulatory, and carrier standards while maintaining clear records of audit results and observations.

Responsibilities:

- Review sales and enrollment activity to confirm alignment with applicable legal, regulatory, and carrier guidelines.

- Examine recorded calls, applications, and related documentation to identify quality concerns, compliance issues, and process gaps.

- Document audit outcomes in a clear and organized manner so results can be understood and acted upon by internal stakeholders.

- Enter and maintain quality-related data accurately within designated systems and tracking tools.

- Communicate findings professionally with team members and support follow-up actions when corrections or clarification are needed.

- Monitor customer account information during reviews to help verify completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.

- Assist with manual testing and browser-based quality checks, including work involving Selenium-supported validation when applicable.

Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.

- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a detail-oriented environment.

- Basic computer proficiency, including comfort working in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document information clearly.

- Solid basic math and reasoning skills.

- Exposure to quality assurance, manual testing, data entry, or customer account review work is helpful.

- Insurance industry knowledge, including Medicare or life insurance, is preferred but not required.

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus. Talent Match®
