We are hiring a Store Assistant Manager for our North Canton, Ohio store. In this role, you will support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations at your location, in accordance with Goodwill's established policies and procedures.

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations in accordance with Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Assist in supervising store staff and ensuring customer service expectations are met.
• Assist with planning and execution of merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with district leadership to achieve store goals.

• Must have a valid driver s license and auto insurance
• The ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Previous experience in retail management
• Experience with personal computers
