Position SummaryDevelops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners, identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carries out tasks, communicates progress and information, determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.
Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implements related action plans, employs the Open Door Policy, and promotes a workplace where associates feel supported and connected. Works as a team, builds strong trustful relationships, communicates with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence, helps others develop, mentors, recognizes contributions, and acts with integrity, always making a positive impact for associates, customers, members, and the world.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional CompensationPremiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
