This is a 1-year continuity program with the same rep, every 8 weeks, to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store staff.
The role requires in-store visits, trainer duties for retailer staff, and maintaining display standards. Paid training and Uber/ Ubeya check-in are part of the process.
