Kitchen Tune‑Up is seeking a Commercial Remodeling Consultant to focus on commercial properties and multi‑family units. The role is a hybrid of marketing and sales, where you will call on property managers, facility directors, portfolio managers, REITs, and home flippers to help them with tenants’ remodeling plans. A new team member can expect to run 3‑4 appointments per day. This is a 100% commission role, with eligibility for benefits after 90 days.

Upside potential is unlimited, including commission, quarterly and year‑end bonuses that are uncapped.

• Conduct the Kitchen Tune‑Up sales process (training provided).
• Conduct scheduled in‑home consultations and present to homeowners.
• Persistently ask for the order and follow up on sales.
• Market your skills as an industry professional.
• Develop account‑based business with interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms.
• Take basic measurements and draw neat diagrams.

• Able to work days and some evenings and weekend appointments.
• Participate in home/trade show rotation.
• Strong negotiating skills.
