Entry Level Insurance Sales Representative Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate
, self-driven
, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. This opportunity is to sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. Salary plus commission and bonuses. Willing to train the right person for this position.
Our preferred candidate will have previous sales experience.
Our agents can make up to $120ka year! SIGN ON BONUS FOR LICENSED AGENTS WITH ALLSTATE EXPERIENCE!
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $ per year
- Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

- Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Meet business production goals and objectives
- Call and follow up on provided leads to closebusiness
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client's needs
- Educate clients on insurance coverages
- Consistent follow up with clients is required
- Must have drive and ambition to succeed
- Must have the never give up attitude
- Must be a team player
