Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Foreman to lead and manage new construction, retrofit, and renovation projects in single-family and multi-family housing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing and supervising HVAC systems in residential settings, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety.
Essential Functions
- Plan, organize, and oversee residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and coordinate field crews to ensure timely, high-quality work.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and duct designs to guide installation.
- Manage scheduling, material ordering, and delivery logistics.
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards.
- Track labor hours and production rates to maintain budget and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, general contractors, and internal departments.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure proper system performance.
- Support and enforce the company's safety policies and jobsite standards

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Foreman or Lead Installer.
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, duct design, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and teams simultaneously.
