Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.A day in this role Picture this: it’s 5:58 a.m. You’re at your station, tools checked, ladder in place, and the day’s build plan open. You start with a quick safety scan and housekeeping so your area stays orderly from the first pull of wire to the final termination. By mid-morning, you’re installing electrical devices—disconnects, lights, panel boards, transformers, battery chargers, lighting contractors, VFDs—and routing EMT and rigid conduit with clean bends that fit perfectly.

The afternoon is for pulling large cable, cutting and stripping conductors, and making precise crimps and terminations, all while following standard work instructions and the NEC manual. You’ll often be standing, working overhead, moving between ladders, and occasionally navigating cramped spaces to keep production flowing on time and to spec.

What you’ll build and do Install electrical devices: disconnects, lighting, panel boards, transformers, battery chargers, lighting contractors, VFDs, and more

Bend, route, and install EMT and rigid conduit

Install wireway (wire way) and cable tray

Pull wire and large cable; cut, strip, crimp, and terminate conductors

Wire according to standard work/process instructions and the NEC manual

Maintain a clean, organized work area; follow manufacturing policies for consistent output

Champion safety practices and quality checks; flag risks to product quality

Handle other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Physical reality of the jobLift up to 50 lbs. occasionally

What you bring

Minimum qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant manufacturing experience

Basic command of English, written and spoken

Core skills

Comfort with basic math Hands-on experience with air, hand, and power tools

General mechanical aptitude

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Preferred experience

Conduit bending on a GB Sidewinder-style bender (EMT and rigid)
Installing cable tray and wireway

Crimping and terminating wires with consistency

Reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints

Working knowledge of electricity and circuits; familiarity with panel boards, transformers, disconnects, terminal blocks, relays, and lighting contractors

Basic exposure to and awareness of the NECProficiencies that help you succeed
