Pizza Delivery Driver

Romeo’s Pizza is hiring friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join their award-winning, community-driven pizza business. Delivery drivers are a key part of the team, ensuring orders are accurate, delivered on time, and presented with a positive customer experience.

• Order Accuracy & Timeliness: Ensure each pizza and order is correct and delivered within the promised time frame.
• Customer Service: Maintain a friendly demeanor, communicate clearly with customers, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Navigation & Safety: Operate company vehicles (e.g., Subaru Crosstrek fleet) safely and efficiently, using GPS navigation.
• Problem‑Solving: Adapt to changing conditions, such as traffic or weather, to meet delivery schedules.

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record and at least 17 years of age.
• Ability to handle cash transactions.
• Reliable vehicle (in some locations) or willingness to use company-provided fleet vehicles.

• Base pay: $11/hr, with potential to earn up to $20/hr including tips.
