Essential Functions

* Maintain knowledge of FMCSA regulations and guidance regarding driver qualification

* Ensure drivers meet qualification standards at the company, state, and federal levels

* Ensure disqualified drivers are not operating, and assist with the requalification process

* Update driver qualification files with DOT physicals, CDLs, and other items as applicable

* Maintain data in driver database

* Medically clear drivers on leave to return to work

* Coordinate scheduling of physicals, drug, and alcohol testing

* Compliance with HIPAA
