Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: North Canton, OH

Pay Rate: $15-18 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations (preferred).
• Prior experience with operating a manual pallet jack (preferred).
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Basic computer literacy, including the ability to use MS SharePoint.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and maneuver materials weighing up to 50lbs as part of a team.
• Operate a manual pallet jack to transport and stack materials efficiently.
• Drive sit-down and stand-up forklifts (training provided for qualified candidates).
• Strictly adhere to established warehouse procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Verify serial number accuracy on all equipment and documentation for meticulous record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Capture and upload photos to a designated MS SharePoint for clear documentation purposes.
• Demonstrate adaptability to procedural changes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Prioritize safety by following all protocols and reporting any potential hazards.
