Accounting AR Supervisor – Direct Hire
ONSITE:High Point, NC
Salary:$75,000 – $90,000
Vaco has partnered in the search for an experienced
Accounting AR Supervisor
to lead a high-volume Accounts Receivable team. This direct-hire, onsite role is ideal for a hands‑on AR professional ready to step into a leadership position.
- Lead and mentor the AR team, supporting performance and professional growth
- Oversee day‑to‑day Accounts Receivable operations and ensure accuracy
- Drive process improvements and maintain compliance in financial workflows
- Support month‑end close, reconciliations, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on accounting initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 3+ years in AR or accounting leadership roles
- Strong technical accounting expertise
- ERP and Excel proficiency
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast‑paced environment
