Description

Robert Half is recruiting for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing and invoicing processes within the construction industry while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring smooth coordination with project managers, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue invoices and billings in alignment with established company procedures.

- Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations.

- Process accurate billing through construction web portals.

- Collaborate with project managers to guarantee timely and precise invoicing.

- Organize and maintain construction job files and client documentation for audits and reporting.

- Perform regular data entry tasks and manage billing logs.

- Address additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting within the construction, engineering or architecture industry.

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
