We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our team at Coastroad Hearth and Patio Inc.. In this role, you will work closely with the management team to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions, handling day-to-day banking functions, taking care of accounts payable, and completing tax forms.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.

• Enter financial data and transactions
• Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
• Banking deposits and reconciliation
• Analyze budgets and other financial information
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  
  Complete required tax forms

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or
• Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, Quick Books, and basic accounting systems
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
