We are looking for an Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Revolution Mills LLC is a privately held Flooring Wholesale company that provides flooring products to Distributors and Flooring dealers across the United States. We offer our clients superior, sophisticated products thru streamlined distribution in ways that mass manufacturers or distributors can’t or won’t offer, adding value, extraordinary satisfaction and profitability to our clients that specify and use our products and the consumers that live on them.

The successful candidate will be our Lead person for all things Financial in the company. Located in our Huntersville, NC Headquarters, this position covers a variety of accounting functions, with broad financial responsibility in a fast growing company.

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Payroll/Commission administration
• State Sales Tax compliance
• Other duties as assigned or required

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA Preferred
• Go-Getter, Problem solver who takes ownership of financial processes.
• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
