You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with operations leadership and be involved in the full accounting cycle, contributing to both financial accuracy and operational decision‑making.
What You’ll Do- Managing monthly financial close and reporting to accurately reflect plant performance
- Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash reconciliations
- Supporting inventory tracking, cycle counts, and cost accuracy
- Maintaining fixed assets and financial records
- Assisting with pricing, margin analysis, and operational decision‑making
- Partnering with operations and sales teams to improve financial visibility
- Supporting audits, compliance, and process improvements
- Reviewing timecards and coordinating with payroll on regional submissions
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen systems, controls, and efficiency
This role offers exposure to cost accounting, bookkeeping, operational finance, and analysis, making it a strong growth position for someone looking to broaden their skillset.
What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent relevant experience
- Several years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to manufacturing, inventory, cost accounting, or plant/operational environments
- A strong accounting foundation with the ability to learn, take ownership, and grow into a broad plant‑focused role
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and ERP systems
- A self‑starter who can manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Someone who thrives in a hands‑on, team‑oriented environment
