Salary Range: $24.00 - $25.00 Hourly

• Daily invoicing
• Reviewing invoices for errors
• Processing of credit memos
• Transmission of invoices to customers
• Scanning delivery receipts
• Month-end accounting functions

• Associates degree with a concentration in accounting or at least 1 year of billing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
• Strong time management skills
• Detailed oriented and have good communication skills
• Good time management skills and works well in a team environment

The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, responsibilities, and relevant education and training.
