Billing Clerk

We are looking to hire a Billing Clerk for our region. This person will work with our customer service and shipping department to process daily billing for the region.

Job Type: Full-time with overtime hours available when needed

• Daily invoicing
• Reviewing invoicing for errors
• Processing of credit memos
• Entering invoices in customer portals
• Transmission of invoices to customers
• Month-end accounting functions

• Associate's degree with a concentration in accounting or at least 1 year of billing experience
• Experience in a B2B/Manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, responsibilities, and relevant education and training.
