Northedge, LLC is a leading commercial drywall and metal framing subcontractor servicing North Carolina and Virginia. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Entry-Level Project Accountant eager to learn, grow, and support both financial accuracy and communication flow within our projects.

As an Entry-Level Project Accountant, you will serve as a vital support to our Accounting and Project Management teams. You'll learn the full project accounting cycle while assisting with billing, compliance, and day-to-day financial tasks that keep projects moving smoothly.

• Assist with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and billing processes
• Help with project setup, compliance documents, and maintaining accurate financial records
• Support monthly reporting and project cost tracking
• Process vendor invoices and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness Assist with lien waivers, insurance certificates, and other compliance paperwork
• Provide communication and documentation support between the Accounting and Project Management teams
• Learn and apply construction-specific financial processes, including AIA billing

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business. or related field(or equivalent experience/education)
• Internship or 0-2 years of accounting/finance experience (construction industry exposure a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; willingness to learn ERP/accounting systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage recurring cycles and deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills
