Proman Staffing of Wadesboro, NC is currently looking for Account Receivable Specialist in the Wadesboro area! If you are a well-rounded candidate, we encourage you to apply!

We are now hiring an AR Specialist who is a team player, versatile, and dependable!

Job Summary

• Pay depends on Experience
• 7:30 to 5 Monday
  -Thursday Friday 8am to 2pm
• Detail-Oriented and dependable
• Processing customer payments
• Maintain accurate AR records
• Proactively collecting outstanding balances from customers
• Secondary responsibilities include- customer service and supporting the accounting Dept with admin and accounting related task

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable, collections or accounting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excell
• Experience using accounting or ERP software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional, courteous, and handle sensitive financial information
• Ability to lift 20 lbs
• Ability to remain seated for long periods of time
