Position: HVAC Service Dispatcher
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, (with some Saturdays possible in peak season)
What You'll Be Doing:- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and providing excellent service to both homeowners and commercial clients
- Schedule and dispatch service calls, coordinate maintenance visits, and manage follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records and keep our database current
- Log warranties and rebates, and provide customers with timely updates on service lead times
- Use Service Titan daily to manage scheduling and communications
- Work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations
- 2 + years of experience as a dispatcher, schedule coordinator, project coordinator, or similar office experience
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills
- Microsoft Office software skills
- Data entry skills
- Organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
